The stable is located in the field behind CH7. It is surrounded by a large fenced yard and has empty stalls for anyone who needs to house their personal mount.

Lieutenant Lord That-Idiot-Ivan Vorpatril

Gregor and Ivan grew up together. They're also second cousins, once removed. Ivan is also sworn to Gregor at least twice over--directly, as a soldier, and indirectly as a vassal of Count Vorpatril, who is sworn directly to Gregor. Oh yes, and if Gregor dies, Ivan will probably inherit the Imperium. Confusing? Good. But all this means that Ivan is oath-bound to uphold Gregor's authority, while Gregor is oath-bound to uphold Ivan's rights. And Barrayarans take their oaths very, very seriously. But more than that, they're also friends, even if Ivan could stand to grow up. Gregor is deeply fond of Ivan, and trusts implicitly in his loyalty, if not in his "sharp but lazy" intellect.

Naismith-esque. Sometimes annoying as hell, sometimes really charming and adorable. He hasn't decided yet if she's his type, so she probably isn't. But she's one of the few who know his real name and who he is, so there's a necessary level of trust there.

Loki has somehow managed not to even attempt to manipulate Gregor, so Gregor's "power-hungry flatterer" sense hasn't really gone off around him. On the contrary, Loki is currently the only person in Luceti Gregor really feels like he can vent to, as opposed to educate (like Buffy or Adele) or apprise (like Ivan). They have an astonishing amount in common, and there's something surprisingly Barrayaran about the Asgardian.

They have an odd sort of understanding. She has understood ever since seeing a Barrayaran armsman from another enclosure snap to attention around him that he's something different in his own world, but hasn't figured out what. Then they went on a decisive mission together and came to a mutual trust despite not knowing each other well. Now they'll talk to each other, but the strength of their relationship lies more in the intense moments than the everyday ones.
